Illegal Aliens, and L-1s have Much in Common
Concerned
U.S. Citizens need to be aware of the on-going, mammoth, two-pronged attack
on America's professional workforce, promulgated by powerful lobby organizations
with unlimited budgets.

Editor comments: For the
sake of this article, inferences to India pertain to that industrial community
and congressional lobby organizations of India which benefit from the effects
of globalization (visa card holders and offshoring of jobs). Given that companies
of Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Dehli, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and other localities
dominate the offshoring and H-1B/L-1 programs, the context of which such inferences
are made are referrals to industries, lobby organizaitons, and individuals
which benefit from the firing of American workers. The article intends no
disrespect to the people of India or Mexico.
The
H-1B visa is a NON-immigrant guest worker visa, NOT a citizenship visa.
